A Charleston Tradition Since 1986
A family tradition since 1986 continues with Charleston’s Café located conveniently in Mt Pleasant. Amber Clarke Craig
combines the best of her family's expertise from The Baker's Café and The Bookstore Café
to create one of the most unique breakfast, lunch, and brunch cafes.
Having been recognized in Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Southern Living and Food Network as a top neighborhood Café, Charleston's Café is most thankful to "our locals" continuing support. Charleston's Café continues the tradition having been honored as East Cooper’s Best Brunch restaurant in 2013. The Café offers a delectable twist on traditional southern fare with friendly southern hospitality.
One division of Charleston's Café is Café Catering. After 23 years of serving the Lowcountry, Café Catering has become well known for their ability to organize & present weddings, corporate events and social affairs. For more information check us out here:

“Sunny Side Up: Charleston’s Star Breakfast”, Charleston Living (Sept/Oct 2014)
Tucked into a Johnnie Dodds strip mall off busy Highway 17 North, Charleston’s Cafe belies its non-plus location and ambiance with a deliciously imaginative menu. This is not your typical two-eggs-scrambled place. The cafe takes a unique and fun approach to breakfast “novelties” with Huevos Rellenos or Charleston’s Breakfast…, and their nine-island tour via various potato casseroles… The Cafe’s sweet potato biscuits are revered, and even their iced tea is spiced. There’s lighter fare, too, but really, why bother? ~ Stephanie Hunt
